SXSW 2018

In cooperation with its creative partners Media Apes and Aspekteins, Fraunhofer IDMT presents 3D audio for AR and VR worlds. Visit us at the German Pavilion, Austin Covention Center, booth 909!

Fraunhofer IDMT, together with the professionals for 360-degree VR and AR worlds of experience, MediaApes GmbH and Aspekteins GmbH, will present a new interactive combination of the Fraunhofer 3D audio technology SpatialSound Wave and various VR and AR worlds. New audio-visual content was mixed especially for the SXSW, which is reproduced at the booth via 3D audio setup, partly combined with binaural headphone playback. A colourful mix of demonstrations awaits the visitors.
